The enormous Viking burial mounds have revealed countless treasures. Findings at Steim in Vik have given rise to the extremely popular "Steimsringen" which is available both in gold and silver. Fjordsylv has been expending the selection and the collection now includes several different artivles based on the old Steim pattern.

The staue of "Fridtjof den frøkne" is a remarkable huge statue which was put up by the emperor Wilhelm II in 1913. Vik was the emeror`s beloved place for recreation.
